Bill R. Orr

President

Bill R. Orr has been involved in independent oil and gas production for over 40 years. He is responsible for supervision of all aspects of the investment program and strategy, as well as overall management. Bill has teamed with entities such as ExxonMobil, El Paso Corporation, Shell Oil Company, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Kerr-McGee Corporation, the Bass family (BEPCO), Pogo Producing Company, Hunt Oil Company, and Forest Oil Corporation to focus on large reserve potential oil and gas projects.Prior to 1997, Bill focused on exploration of shallow oil and gas wells in West Texas and New Mexico and founded University Gas Company & Delaware Natural Gas Company, two low-pressure casinghead gas gathering and liquids processing systems.Bill holds a B.A. in Business Finance from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.

Blake Orr

VP, Business Development

Blake R. Orr is Vice President of business development for Paladin Petroleum III, LLC.Previously, he held leadership positions with Lasso Energy Partners and Orr Holdings, two of the Orr Entities, focusing on deal origination and technical analysis. Prior to joining Orr Holdings and Lasso Energy, Mr. Orr served on the Staff of Carole Keeton Strayhorn as Special Assistant to the Comptroller of the State of Texas on economic policy. Mr. Orr holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Amber Yzaguirre

Project & Land Manager

Amber Yzaguirre has been in the oil and gas business for over 20 years. Ms. Yzaguirre started her career in an administrative capacity at United Oil and Minerals before working for Paladin Petroleum III, LLC. Amber helps to manage projects and land acquisition. She also works as office manager and provides direct assistance to Mr. Orr. Ms. Yzaguirre is a charter member of the Austin Young Chamber of Commerce and graduated with a BBA from St. Edwards University.

Kathy Macias

Investor & Vendor Relations

Kathy joined Paladin Petroleum III, LLC in 2017 and handles all vendor relations, including setting up Master Service Agreements, gathering bids and reviewing invoices. She also manages investor reporting and facilitates communication between Paladin Petroleum III, LLC and its investors. Additionally, Kathy is a co-office manager at our Austin location and is the executive assistant to the President, Bill Orr. Kathy has a BA of Psychology and MSSW from University of Texas.

Rick Allen

Contract Engineer, Paladin Petroleum

Registered professional engineer in Texas with a BS petroleum engineering from the University of Texas. 30+ years experience in domestic and global petroleum operations: drilling, completion, and production. Recent drilling, completion, reserve analysis in Permian, South Texas, and Gulf Coast basins; worldwide experience including basins in Texas, Mid-Con and Appalachia, plus Africa, Far East & Middle East. Accomplished engineer in directional, horizontal, underbalance and HPHT drilling applications, completion / hydraulic fracturing, workover, and production operations. Extensive experience evaluating project economics, reserve forecasting, and P&Lanalyses; Qualified reservoir / evaluation engineer.

Tony J. Moherek

Geologist & Geophysicist

Tony J. Moherek has over 40 years of E&P conventional/unconventional experience. He has worked with Paladin Petroleum III, LLC for many years and has led teams at Gulfstream Petroleum, Am-Tex Resources, Suemaur E&P, Apache and EDF. Tony has a B.S. in Geology from Rutgers and an M.S. in Geological Oceanography from Texas A&M University.

Tim Dowdle

Landman

Tim Dowdle has been involved in the Oil and Gas industry for over 30 years, he has spent the last several years as an Independent Petroleum Landman focusing on prospect generation and development, the negotiation and acquisition of oil and gas leases, term assignments and mineral interests for various clients in the Permian Basin of West Texas. His career in the Oil and Gas industry included District Landman positions with Exxon Company USA, Energy Reserves Group, Inc., Grace Petroleum Corporation and MWJ Producing Company. Mr. Dowdle received a BBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin in the Petroleum Land Management curriculum and has maintained a Texas Real Estate Salesman license for the past 25 years.

Doyle A. Valdez

Vice President of Operations

Doyle Valdez is responsible for day-to-day management and marketing of Paladin Petroleum’s oil and gas production. He has been in the energy industry for 30years. In conjunction with his consulting role with Paladin Petroleum, Doyle is President of Valco Resource Management, Inc., an oil and gas production marketing and consulting firm. Doyle has also held senior positions with United Resources, LP, and EnerPro, Inc. He has conducted operations on over 750 wells, the marketing of oil and gas, as well as pipeline design and construction. Doyle is the past President of the Austin Independent School District Board of Trustees. He serves on the Board of the Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders. Doyle holds a B.B.A. with concentration in finance from St. Edward’s University.

Jackie Balsam

Accountant

Steven L. Fowler

Chief Financial Officer

Steve Fowler has been a certified public accountant (CPA) practicing in the oil and gas industry for over 30 years. Steve is responsible for the financial management and control of the Company, as well as oversight of all accounting and back-office operations. Steve has worked with the Orr Entities for over 30 years. In 2010, Steve founded Steven L. Fowler, CPA, PLLC. Steve’s practice has focused on large oil and gas acquisitions, divestitures, related credit transactions, and tax related matters. Steve holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.

Miriam Boudreaux

Production & Marketing

Miriam works as part of the production and marketing team for Paladin Petroleum III, LLC. She manages daily production, monthly allocations and all regulatory reporting through the Railroad Commission of Texas. She also conducts lease and production research through Drilling Info. Miriam holds a BSEE degree from the University of Florida and worked for IBM and Motorola for 20+ years. She is a certified bookkeeper and has been working for Valco Resource Management, Inc. for the past 5 years, she has added oil and gas reporting to her responsibilities.
